Wild & Wonderful is all about celebrating the landscapes, people, culture, and creative spirit of West Virginia. This exhibition highlights the diverse voices and perspectives that make our Appalachian region unique. Works in this exhibition are from artists across the state of West Virginia, or those who have strong ties to our Mountain State.

From an outsiders’ lens, a lot about West Virginia’s culture, people, and history are misunderstood or misrepresented. We are more than the stereotypes attached to us. Our culture showcases our vibrancy, our people show our strong sense of community, and our history shows our perseverance.

This exhibition celebrates what makes West Virginia unique; from the people we love to the land we inhibit, this is Wild & Wonderful, West Virginia.
