Celebrate your event at the Arts Center!

Planning a party, reception, celebration or fundraiser that you want to be special and unique? The Great Hall gallery is a wonderful choice for a wide variety of events that include dining, receptions and entertainment. This space allows for all styles of décor. The gallery features artwork, wooden floors, and a stage with lighting from the original church ceilings, gallery lighting highlighting the exhibition, providing an intimate setting during evening hours. Your guests will appreciate the beauty. A pass-through lobby from the kitchen to the Great Hall makes serving convenient. Kitchen access for your caterers. The Maxwell Gallery is the ideal room for a smaller meeting or get-togethers, approximately 10 guests. The Green Room, dedicated by Margaret & Roy Stalnaker, a center space between the Maxwell Gallery, the kitchen, and the Great Hall Gallery. Requirements, rental details:
- contract is required
- 20% NR deposit the day you reserve, if over 90 days away
- Rates vary depending on weekday, weekend, needs, full or half day (half day is up to 4 hours)
- discounts for arts related events
- event insurance may be needed for private party rentals
- event decoration is your responsibility
- alcohol may be served w/ a rental policy only
- caterers are renter responsibility, and must prove a food handlers card
- cancellations are refundable if you are 90 days out

Art Center items included in price:
- long tables are 8 × 3 feet
- cafe tables 2.5 × 1.5 feet
- folding padded chairs are maroon color
- cloth linens and chair covers available for an additional fee for laundering

As a nonprofit The Arts Center has no involvement with political campaigns. This includes staging any events of a political nature, for or against any candidate, or potential legislation or topic. Weddings, Large Events, Large Parties - $2,500 full day, $1,200 for half day
