Board Responsibilities The Arts Center’s Board of Directors is an involved board, supporting fully the mission of The Arts Center to ensure success! Board members provide unique perspective and serve standing committees. Active in fundraising and strategic planning. Board members bare the legal responsibility of ensuring that the organization complies with the applicable federal, state, and local laws and adheres to its mission.
