Board Responsibilities Board members provide unique perspective and serve standing committees which involve members at our foundation, active in fundraising and strategic planning. Board members bare the legal responsibility of ensuring that the organization complies with the applicable federal, state, and local laws and most importantly -adheres to its mission.
