Chairman of the Board of Directors, Randolph County Community Arts Center (RCCAC), Elkins WV, 2001-03 and 2005-11. As chairperson of the RCCAC board of directors in 2002 and 2003, supervised the expenditure of private and public funds to restore and create the Arts Center from “scratch.” Supervised the growth of the organization; 24 annual concerts, to 14 annual art exhibits, and an after-school arts program with over 700 students per year.

Responsible for artistic direction (20 concerts and six art exhibits in (FY 2005); supervising part-time staff; writing of grants; overseeing the administration of arts classes (544 students in 2004); fundraising; budget; restoring of the historically important, former St. Brendan Church.
