Rose Bell moved to Elkins in 1997. After 26 years, she is a musician, an artist, a mother, and a member of the Democratic Women's Club. She has spent time as a member of 4-H, and named a 4-H All Star. 

She participates in art classes at The Art Center over the years. She also has participated in classes at Augusta, and have always been a huge supporter of the Arts. It is her wish to find more ways to give back to my community, sharing skills and knowledge with crochet classes.
