Melody Calkins

is an artist whose passions extend from the canvas to the dance floor. From a young age, she has had an interest in the power of movement & color. Melody is currently pursuing a graphic design major & dance minor at West Virginia Wesleyan College where she is also a member of the competitive dance team & Zeta Tau Alpha. Additionally, she is a dancer at the Gandy Dancer Theatre & Conference Center in Elkins, WV. Alongside her artistic and dance efforts, Melody is also passionate about fitness and enjoys spending her free time at the gym. Whether she's perfecting a delicate brushstroke or conquering a dance sequence, she approaches every endeavor with passion & precision. She has had a love for the arts her entire life & she enjoys acrylic painting the most. For Melody, art isn’t just an interest, but a part of who she is.
