The Great Hall gallery is a wonderful choice for a wide variety of events that include dining, receptions and entertainment. This space allows for all styles of décor. The gallery features artwork, wooden floors, and a stage with lighting from the original church ceilings, gallery lighting highlighting the exhibition, providing an intimate setting during evening hours. Your guests will appreciate the beauty. A pass-through lobby from the kitchen to the Great Hall makes serving convenient. Kitchen access for your caterers.

The Maxwell Gallery is the ideal room for a smaller meeting or get-togethers, approximately 10 guests. The Green Room includes a small love seat, and kitchen access.

Requirements and other details:

-A contract is required the day you reserve with a 20% NR deposit

Rental details to keep in mind:

Event Insurance: General Liability Policy is required for private rentals. Use the Event Helper button below.
Décor, setup and removal: All decorations (set up and removal) are the sole responsibility of the renter. The Arts Center will have the chairs and tables available for you to arrange as you see fit.
Hired Caterers must provide food handlers card and are the renter responsibility
Alcoholic Beverages You may serve alcoholic beverages with the purchase of “event insurance,” but no alcohol may be sold unless your caterer has a portable liquor license. Proof of licensure is required.
Cancellations: A renter may cancel, but deposits are nonrefundable
Private Events: We do not advertise private events online

As a nonprofit The Arts Center has no involvement with political campaigns. This includes staging any events of a political nature, for or against any candidate, or potential legislation or topic.

Approximate rates:
Weddings/Receptions- $2,500 full day, $1,200 for half day
Half days are defined as 4 hours or less including cleanup and setup. Full days are defined as anything over 4 hours. For example, if your event is 4 hours and cleanup/setup extends it to a 6 hour time frame, that is a full day rate.
