Class Description: Come beat the summer heat by giving your hands a dip in some cool clay water. We'll be making 5 different hand-built projects including but not limited to: Mugs, Yard Art, & a choose your own project day. On the final in class day (Aug 3rd) we'll be glazing all of our unique creations and then as a class we'll set a date to meet the following week for about 30 minutes to pick up the finished pieces! Hand-building is just any technique for making pottery that doesn't use the wheel, if you've struggled with the potter's wheel in the past come give hand-building a try, it's a little more user friendly.
