Seasonal depression got you down? Come pick up a new hobby and meet with other artsy people to raise your spirits and spin away the winter blues learning how to use the pottery wheel. This class is great for complete beginners who have never touched clay or early learners who have had maybe a few classes or it's been a while since they've tried. We will spend the first 4 class periods learning the wheel, the 5th class everyone will get to try out a few hand building techniques, and on class 6 we'll be glazing everything we made. We'll discuss as a class and schedule a time that works for everyone to meet in the week following the final class for 30 minutes to pick up finished work and see what everyone made!
