The Rainbow Factory is an arts related event collaborating with the BOE in Randolph County. Although this group is not a public event, it is important to know this event happens. Children from Randolph County schools attend an “Arts Day” at The Arts Center. Rainbow Factory artists and volunteers are here instructing art to children. The Arts Center provides art materials for this group and of course the space!
