Joan Crawford creates magical worlds with jigsaw cut, painted doors, sculpture and mixed media. People are still talking about her amazing last local show which was in 2013. Don't miss the chance to see this amazing body of work.

Crawford was born and raised in Hubbard, Ohio, and “Ravens Ring Island” in West Virginia has been her home for many years. She received a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Moore College of Art in Philadelphia and an master’s degree from WVU. She has taught art at Davis & Elkins College and at Slippery Rock University. Crawford was also employed as a set and costume designer at Julliard in New York City.
