Fried Bread from an heirloom recipe will be made in class, start to finish, and to compliment your bread, a homemade jelly! Make your own batch of something special for your table or to give as a gift. Learn to make one flavor of herbal or fruit (TBA) jelly and take some home! The workshop will be held at 2 Park Street, in the kitchen at The Arts Center. Attendees will learn jelly making from fruit processing to canning and all the secrets to making jelly set to that perfect, delectable jell. Jelly and jelly making supplies will be available for purchase. Recipe and instructions will be provided to take home.
